      If so, Venti wants YOU!

Open to musicians ages 10-18, VENTI offers a unique musical experience — a combination of quality education, friendship, and fun! 

          Founded by Dr. Nancy Bondurant, one of Seattle’s premiere teachers, VENTI is designed to help musicians improve their playing skills in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.  Customized arrangements provide opportunities for beginning, intermediate, and advanced performers to play together — all in the same group!  Parts are assigned by skill level, and student leadership & mentoring are encouraged.

            Musicians work on tone production, tuning, blend, how to play together, and musicianship.  Repertoire is drawn from a variety of styles including jazz and classical standards.  Performances are divided between community events and formal concerts.

          No audition is necessary.  Students should have at least 1 year of playing experience and be prepared to practice and have FUN, too.  Places are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served, basis.
